Patrick Stephen Rivelli was born June 13, 1954 in Portland, OR to Mildred and Seraphino (Fing) Rivelli. He passed away from a long battle with Lung Cancer due to asbestos on June 19, 2020.
He attended Holy Family Grade School and Milwaukie High School. He served in the US Army from 1972 to 1975. Based out of Fort Knox, KY and stationed in Korea.
After being honorably discharged he returned to Portland and worked as a Construction Manager for Shilo Inn.
In 1981 he became a paraplegic after being shot in the spine during a home invasion. Doctors told him he wouldn't be able to walk again. Pat didn't take no for an answer and was determined to prove them wrong.
In 1991 he became an entrepreneur and started Super Movers that he successfully operated for over 20 years. Pat was an avid boater and car enthusiast. He was a former member of the Rose City Corvette Club, Paesano Club, and Portland Yacht Club. In his retirement he bacame a YouTube vlogger for his channel PatManPDX and participated in local car shows.
Survived by sisters, Yvonne Ponta of Sandy, Joanne Rivelli of Milwaukie and brothers Gregory Rivelli and Dwayne Rivelli of Happy Valley along with nephews and a niece.
There will be a funeral Mass at St. John's Catholic Church in Milwaukie, but due to the Covid-19 only immediate family members will be able to attend. Following will be a burial at Willamette National Cemetery. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, Pat would like any donations made to the Veterans Affairs Medical Center or Care Partners Hospice.
