Peggy Wurdinger
1960-2024In loving memory of Peggy Ann Wurdinger It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Peggy Ann Wurdinger, who left us on March 2, 2024, in Molalla, Oregon. Peggy was a beloved wife to William Terry Wurdinger, a devoted mother to Leslie, Courtney, and Carey, a loving grandmother to Ava, and a cherished sibling to Gregory. Peggy was born on October 21, 1960, in Portland Oregon and was adopted by Raymond and Quintha Komp and was sister of Gregory Komp. She attended Molalla High School, where she was a dedicated cheerleader and graduated in 1978. In October 1978 she married the love of her life Terry Wurdinger, and they were married for 45 Years. They went on to have three daughters and one granddaughter. She loved her family with all of her heart and would not have traded them for anything. Peggy went on to serve as a School Bus Driver for the Molalla School District for nearly 30 years. During her tenure, she played a vital role in shaping the lives of countless Molalla children. Her impact was profound, as she treated every child as her own, nurturing relationships that lasted a lifetime. Known for her heart of gold, infectious smile, and boisterous laugh, Peggy was a caring soul with a fierce spirit. Her family meant everything to her, and she found immense joy in being a grandmother to Ava, whom she adored and shared a special bond with. Peggy loved going to the beach with her husband Terry and the girls. They would crab and dig for clams most weekends. Peggy's close-knit circle of friends brought her great happiness, especially during their shopping trips, lunches out, and annual excursions to Reno. A ceremony to honor Peggy's life will be held April 6th, 2024, at the Oak and Hood Event Center, 11347 S Macksburg Rd, Canby, OR. 97013 from 12:00pm to 4:00pm. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the family of Peggy Wurdinger. Peggy's legacy of love, kindness, and unwavering dedication will forever be treasured by all who had the privilege of knowing her. May she rest in peace, knowing that she touched the hearts of many and left behind a legacy of compassion and joy. -
Rodolfo Portillo
1964-2024October 22nd, 1964 - February 27th, 2024Early morning of February 27th, 2024, Rudy quietly passed away surrounded by family at the age of 59. Rudy was born on October 22, 1964, in PortlandOregon. He lived in the Pacific Northwest all his life.He was the middle son out of the 2 boys and 3 girls of Ricardo and Benita Portillo. He was a hardworking man that helped his mom around the house after his fathers passing in 2002. He was a great mechanic that loved to work on cars and a handy man that was happy to repair anything for anybody that needed his help. He was very well known in the community for helping people and was not scared to take the shirt off his back to help anyone. Rudy is preceded in death by his father. He leaves behind his mother, siblings, two children (Ricky and Danielle) and six grandchildren. His life was cut short, and he will be greatly missed. -
Cecilia Alvarado
1951-2024Cecilia Angela Alvarado was born on December 18th 1951 in Toppenish Washington. Cecilia was born in a military family. Growing up she lived in various states. Her father served in the US Navy and fought in WW2. While her father was stationed, she met the love of her life Amador Alvarado. Amador and Cecilia built a solid foundation together. Created endless memories and Celebrated 51 years of marriage.Cecilia was a devoted Christian, while raising her young children, she volunteered as a Bible school teacher. Cecilia was a current Member of the Pentecostal Church Tabernacle. Cecilia also enjoyed cooking, and spending time with her family. She is survived by all her 6 children, 14 grandkids and 4 great grandchildren. Larry Fauvergue
1959-2024Portland, OregonLarry Fauvergue passed away at his home in Portland, Oregon on February 22, 2024. He was a beloved brother and friend who will be greatly missed. Larry was born to George Fauvergue and Arlene Hendrickson on July 15, 1959 in Sunnyside, Washington. He grew up in Grandview, Washington and after graduating with honors from Perry Technical Institute in Yakima, Washington he moved to Portland, Oregon where he spent his career working with electronics and computers. Larry was an avid gardener who grew beautiful flowers and vegetables that he shared with his neighbors.He loved to joke around and had contagious laughter. Larry always found the time to help his friends and neighbors. He loved animals and we find solace in knowing he will be reunited in Heaven with his canine buddy, Ratchet. Larry was preceded in death by his father and mother, He is survived by his four siblings; Carolyn Temple, Vickie Lenseigne (Alan), Jo Ann Fauvergue, and Lonnie Hendrickson (Andrea), and his many friends. David Coldiron
1960-2024David Lloyd Coldiron"Uncle Dave/Dave" Coldiron, age 63, passed away on February 19, 2024, in Salem, Oregon. He was born on October 21, 1960, in Gold Beach. David, known for his stubborn yet was comical and funny, always believed in the value of hard work and simplicity. He had a talent for playing the guitar. In his professional life, David found joy working as a tour guide at the Sand Dunes Frontier in Florence, Oregon. His passion for music extended beyond playing the guitar to writing songs and singing. David also cherished moments spent fishing with Danny,watching Sports,walking on the Southand north Jetty beach with a cup of coffee, and admiring the sunrise,listening to oldies music.David is survived by his children Joseph, Lareesa, Lacey, and Rayanna, along with his six grandchildren. He will be dearly missed by his sisters Dianna and Debby, as well as his cousins Danny and Paul, who were like brothers to him. David was preceded in death by his parents, Vergie and Paul Coldiron and other family lost over the years.May his memory live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him. -
James McCullough
1951-2024On Thursday, February 8th, 2024, James “Jim” McCullough, a resident of Beavercreek, Oregon, passed away at Kaiser Sunnyside Medical Center at the age of 72 following a heart attack on February 5, 2024. Jim was born in Sacramento, California to James B. McCullough, Sr. and Edwina (Owens) McCullough. James “Jim” attended Our Lady of Assumption, Rio Americano High School, and American River College, all located in the Sacramento, CA area. Jim spent his career happily working as a landscaper, which is of no surprise as he had a lifelong love for nature. Two of his favorite places to visit were Kennedy Meadows and Yosemite in California. He was also a lover of all animals, especially dogs and horses. Jim spent the majority of his life in various areas of Central California before relocating to Clackamas County, Oregon in 2008, a place he loved and never wanted to leave. Jim is survived by his brother Timothy McCullough, daughter Amy Musgrave, 3 grandchildren: Hunter, Ethan, and Emily, and loving aunt Evelyn Stumpf. Jim was preceded in death by his father James B. McCullough, Sr., mother Edwina McCullough, and brother Patrick McCullough. Jim was also preceded in death in 2020 by his longtime girlfriend of 23 years, Jeannie Martin. Jim’s family and friends love him and will miss him very much. The family will hold a private celebration of life.
