Mark was one of the best neighbors we have had at the Charleston. We could always count on him being very sweet and kind. I will miss Joey and him hanging out in the park , went by him about two months ago. And he and Joey were surrounded by squirrels, he was happy in the shade on top of the table so was Joey, I looked down and he was surrounded in squirrels. He said he feeds them peanuts. I remember when I first met him and Susan Walter's they were so good together. They both will be missed. Maybe there together now. So sorry to the family. He will be missed..
